Welcome to the Sequim Bay Yacht Club’s Website. It’s a great place to view the Club’s picture galleries that show members in action.
The Sequim Bay Yacht Club was founded in 1975. We have an organized sailboat race program that takes place on Sequim Bay weekly from April to October and an active cruising program where we visit the San Juan and Gulf Islands and Puget Sound venues. Many trips are organized with the Port Angeles Yacht club and North Olympic Sail & Power Squadron. We also sponsor a Junior Yacht Club that has its own fleet of small sail boats and learn to sail as well as having other activities. Our Friday Night, monthly Happy Hours are very popular as is our annual Reach for Hospice sail boat race in September of every year, where we raise money for Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County.
Check us out. Come visit us. Our monthly meetings are held in the John Wayne Marina Public Meeting Room, on the 2nd Wednesday night, 7:30 pm (1930), every month except August.
We are a fun and active group of boaters and non-boaters too! Come join us.
